Our Commitment
We take great pride in every order and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our products are perishable and made to order, our return policy works a little differently than a traditional retail store.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If there is an issue with your order — wrong items, damaged during delivery, or something that doesn't match what was agreed upon — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos if possible, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
Standard shop orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we haven't started preparing them. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as our products are made fresh to order.
Custom orders: If you cancel before production begins, any deposit paid will be refunded minus a $25 design fee. Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds for Custom Orders
50% deposits on custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund including the deposit.
If design changes are requested after production has begun, additional charges may apply.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace the damaged items at no cost or provide a refund.
For local pickup orders, please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Any issues should be reported immediately.
Perishable Products
Our products are made with fresh ingredients and are perishable. We cannot accept returns of products that have been improperly stored after delivery. Please follow any storage instructions provided with your order.
Most of our products are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of delivery. Meringues should be kept in an airtight container and are best within 2 weeks.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at cozysweetery@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
