By blending my artistic expertise from a BFA in Graphic Arts with this lifelong hobby and passion, I have created a one-woman business dedicated to delivering a singular, artistic vision for every event—a curated experience from the first design concept to the last delicious bite. I am a food safety certified baker with over 10 years of experience food handeling in multiple Florida restaurants and kitchens. While the state of Florida does not provide a specific license for this type of business, I proudly operate under its guidelines and hold a Food Safety Certificate to ensure quality and transparency. My Artistic Process I take pride in my work as a cookie artist, not a printer. While I am happy to use your inspiration pictures, invitations, and color schemes as a guide, I do not copy other artists' work exactly. Instead, I'll create a unique, beautiful set that is just yours. Because each cookie is a canvas, slight variations in design and color are what make your order a one-of-a-kind piece of culinary art. If you need every cookie to be an identical copy of a picture, my style may not be the right choice for you. To help me bring your vision to life, please send me as many details as you can: inspiration pictures, screenshots with comments, and your preferred color scheme. I'll reply with my comments, suggestions, and any limitations on my side to ensure we're on the same page. Orders, Pricing & Cancellations Payment & Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order. All sales are final. I also reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if an important matter needs clarification from you. I will certainly try to contact you first. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone at any time. Cancellations: If your order has already been started, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please contact me if an issue arises, and I will work with you from there. Order Agreement: The performance of this agreement is contingent upon my ability to complete it and is subject to labor disputes, strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond my control. Processing & Shipping Each cookie set is made fresh just for you! Baking, decorating, and drying take at least 48 hours, depending on complexity and the number of details. Processing Time: Please allow on average 7-10 days for processing before your order is ready. This time increases during the holidays. It's helpful to look at my availability calendar and send me a quick message to confirm your desired date is available. For weekend events, I aim to ship on the prior Monday-Tuesday to ensure your treats arrive fresh. Rush Orders: Need your order in less than a week? I can offer you as little as 3 day processing time, depending on the order size and complexity. Please message me before placing your RUSH order to check my availability. A rush fee of $9 per dozen (plus any expedited shipping charges for shipped orders) per order. will be applied. Orders that have not been confirmed by the bakery prior to placing could be canceled on a case-by-case basis. Fulfillment: All fulfillment details will be worked out before you purchase. I am not responsible for your order once it has left my hands. Shipping & Handling: I take great care in packaging each treat to prevent breakage, using a sturdy box and packing materials. I reuse clean, usable shipping boxes and paper to reduce waste. Once the package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for any damages or delays caused by USPS. I recommend Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders and always provide a tracking number so you can be prepared. Weather Conditions: I do not use temperature-controlled packaging. For best results, I recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive the package immediately to avoid any damage from the weather or curious animals. Local Pickup: If your order is for local pickup, you are responsible for providing a safe environment for your treats once you receive them. Car rides can be brutal for sweets. Allergens My cookies contain wheat, eggs, and dairy, and are made in a kitchen that also processes nuts. A warning sticker is placed on the shipping/packing box, as the treats are sold as sets in a box only and not labeled for individual sale. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk. Only "Sold individually" treats are labeled individually and have their own separate category, and will each have warning labels.
